big rain today!
but that doesn't stop RoN & joan from going to the gym..

guess i hardly go out experience the thingy around me..
first stop we tried to cycle some thingy ..
lol our legs not long enough =x
second stop we tried on the running tracks..
weets gt air-con at the machine itself
wow they can measure your pulse rate too!
fun fun! i run cum walk for constant 20 mins and don't feel tired at all =)
weird.. do at machine nt tired. run around the sec sch damm tired ..o.O
third stop we do cum play sliding things ..
sit on the seat then pull some handle infront of us
the seat will move to the back.. hmm train leg muscle?
fourth stop we did a weird machine..
all you have to do is step up and step down
but but!
is tedious...
both of us got a hard time doing it..
then end up instructor cum uncle see us like cannot make it
he come teach us =x
what to do .. we first time here hahas
then when we signout that time
he pointed to us an athelete wearing mini shorts doing that step up & down machine
wow! he did it like chicken feet.. not like us.. keke
before we go ..
